Early Childhood & Caregiver Supports

Through the support of First 5 Alameda County, the Union City Family Center has built a thriving neighborhood based multilingual community.

Events: Our programs support, empower, and engage caregivers for children from birth to 5 years of age, in order to prepare children and families for a successful transition to school.

.

Check out our Calendar in English and Spanish for a list of events this month including those hosted at the Family Center and at our partner organizations..

Our First 5 Data Profile provides information on our current programs and program impact.

In partnership with Neighborhoods Ready for Schools,

we designed a Four-Year Plan to expand and sustain our early childhood and family services through 2027..

We emphasize play and social-emotional development as well as early literacy and learning activities for toddlers as well as parent and caregiver networking.
