Over 30,000 lives impacted by our services
In our most recent Annual Report, we highlight our work during the 2022-23 year, including distribution of supports and services to over 3500 individuals; addressing the challenges of New Haven Unified School District students, at potential by providing expanded day and summer programs for nearly 800 students from migrant, unhoused, and lower income households; providing health services including hosting pop-up clinics for vaccinations and boosters; and addressing food insecurity by distributing more than half-million pounds of produce to over 400 households monthly.

We were honored to present at the 2023 National Community Schools and Family Engagement Conference in Philadelphia. We are honored to be a model agency, and host online and in-person tours with organizations and agencies, hoping to learn from our collective impact and community school model approach.
