Since 2012, the Union City Family Center (UCFC) has supported more than 34,000 people with services, programs, and access to vital resources. We collaborate with over 40 regional organizations to support thousands of students and their families in New Haven Unified School District (NHUSD), along with individuals and families throughout the region.

Our community-based model places a high emphasis on early childhood services, through our partnership with First 5 Alameda County Neighborhoods Ready for School. Funded through a combination of public agency and private grants and donations, we use a results-based approach to inform all of our programming. We have received accolades from Association of California School Administrators, including recognition for Partners in Excellence, and the honor of twice presenting at the National Community School and Family Engagement Conference.
